Technological change of a country capacity and efficiency to compete worldwide in products and services don’t depend on simply the ability in r & d that this country has. It depends on the existence of a culture of innovation in their population, in particular at the levels of discussion and the way in which available resources are managed and organized, both at State level and in companies and OSs. The creation of innovation systems can allow a social group with limited resources make rapid progress through an appropriate combination of domestic and imported technology generation, adaptations and local improvements. Essentially the idea of innovation system (if) it considers that the capacity that must develop the whole society appropriating knowledge is more than a simple sum of the activities of the different sectors, corresponding to the result of the synergy that comes from the interactions of different players. In short a Yes will be considered important due to its power of distribution, i.e. the ability of the system to select and distribute existing knowledge for recombination. Finally, keep in mind the above by Jose Enebral, that we must not doubt that we live in the information society and the knowledge that emerges the so-called knowledge economy and innovation, continuous learning is inexcusable, that innovation comes to be a permanent requirement, that skilled workers constitute a solid for companies active, that the idea of smart organization is based on collective learning and knowledge management, but to define the relations between managers and workers, we are still preaching increasingly complex lideres-seguidores models; as if the new knowledge worker profile fit into the idea of follower; as if the value on the rise in the new economy leadership rather than knowledge. In large and medium-sized enterprises we follow referring to workers as human resources, collaborators, subordinate or, indirectly, as followers of other individuals whom we call leaders.

You may have been, and still, there is some basis for doing so, but the cultural changes and the emerging economy seem to require people protagonism, the dimension, which perhaps has hurtado them in the past. New and more professional profiles of managers and workers seem to open space in the 21st century, and perhaps we should now reconsider in any case the own language used, if not – and if it does not sound revolutionary or heretical – the same validity of some of the numerous lideres-seguidores models that we offer. What is the value on the rise in the emerging economy?.
